Good to know
Secluded and peaceful, the house sleeps eight adults across three bedrooms on the water. Bedroom 1: king bed, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass to the water, walk-in robe and an ensuite with a freestanding bath looking straight out over the bay. Bedroom 2: king bed, the same view with its own balcony, and a separate bathroom on the same floor. Bedroom 3: two single bunk beds, sleeping four, with built-in storage. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining room opens fully to the deck through retractable glass doors with integrated flyscreens and sun-filtering blinds. Sandstone walls, a vapour fireplace, SONOS surround sound and a large TV make it the place to land after a day outside. The kitchen has an oversized island bench, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, large pantry, coffee machine, glassware and a bar kit for drinks on the deck. Outside there is a large covered deck with motorised awning, outdoor lounge and dining, an electric infrared BBQ and a hot tub looking down the waterway. Garden stairs lead to a private lawn and a modular pontoon with direct access to the water. A waterfront desk with Starlink internet makes it easy to work a day or two. Top-floor laundry with washer and dryer, extra-large linen storage, mood lighting and smart heating and cooling throughout. Available for short and longer stays. The house is not suitable for events or parties; please treat it as a quiet retreat.
Other Details to Note
No outdoor fires of any kind, including fire pits. Cottage Point is a bushfire-prone area. The indoor fireplace is a vapour (water mist) fire, so it can be used year round. The outdoor stairs down to the lawn and water are steep and uneven in places, so take care, especially with children and after dark. Garbage and recycling bins are in the carport.

The whole house is yours, along with the deck, hot tub, lawn and pontoon. Off-street parking for five cars at the front. The house steps down a steep waterfront block. There are internal stairs between levels, and outdoor stairs and garden steps down to the lawn and pontoon, as shown in the photos. Self check-in with a smart lock. Your entry code is sent before arrival.
